What your order will include:
You have the option to buy just the hoodie, the hoodie and hat or the hoodie, hat and socks.
Hoodie
This hoodie is soft and made with drawstrings for the adults. The youth hoodies are made without drawstrings. These are true to size. If you want an oversized look. We recommend ordering one size up.
Hat
The hat is made with a cute furry ears to make the chipmunk look. The hat is adjustable in the back.
Socks:
These socks absolutely complete this outfit. Our customers love them. They go up to the knees and are the perfect accessory.
Halloween Deadline
Halloween Deadline: My Halloween deadline is 10/15 for US residents only. We do not accept returns for costumes after the 31st of October.
Shipping/ Processing
This item is made to order. Please allow me 2.5 to 3 weeks to make your order. Business days are Monday thru Friday. Please pay attention to delivery time. Standard delivery time can take up to 7 business days once it is in the post office possession. International orders can take longer delivery time with standard shipping. Orders can take up to 21 business days to receive once the post office has the package.
Returns/Exchanges
I do allow returns and exchanged for non personalized items. I dont allow returns for any items that has shorts or pants for sanitary reasons. You must contact me within 3 days of receiving your order to let me know that you want to exchange or return it. All tags must still be in tack in order for me to except a return or an exchange. I do not allow returns or exchanges for personalized items unless there was a mistake on my end. If there is a mistake on my end. I will gladly replace your item or you can send the item back to me for a refund or exchange. The choice is yours : )
